What Happens when I submit my order?
As soon as your order is submitted, we take your file to our prepress department and perform preflight, to make sure that any everything's in place to make sure everything prints its best. If there are any concerns, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Note that work which prepress has to perform, outside of basic preflight/modifications, might be subject to additional charges before production.
After that, it's sent to the production floor. We have trained pressmen who will make sure your product prints properly.
Then, it's safely packaged and shipped to the address you specified.
Where is my order currently?
If you click on the order history tab while logged into your account, you'll be able to see real-time updates as to where your order is in the production process. Tracking info (if available) will be added once the shipping label is created.
